 நீதிமொழிகள்:1:10

என் மகனே, பாவிகள் உனக்கு நயங்காட்டினாலும் நீ சம்மதியாதே.

இந்த வசனத்தில் சாலமோன் என் மகனே என்று குறித்த தொடங்குகிறார்.  கெட்ட சகவாசத்தினால் வரும் ஆபத்தைக் குறித்து எச்சரிக்கிறார். சிலர் செய்யும் செயல்கள் அவர்கள் பாவிகள் என்பதை நமக்கு காட்டிக் கொடுத்து விடும்.

அப்படிப்பட்டவர்கள் அவர்கள் செய்யும் பாவச்செயல்களில் நம்மையும் பங்கெடுக்க சொல்லி ஆசை வார்த்தைகளை பேசுவார்கள்.   நயம் காட்டுவார்கள் நம்மைக் கவர்ந்திழுப்பார்கள். ஆனால் இவை எல்லாவற்றிற்கும் நாம் சம்மதிக்கக் கூடாது.

நாம் நண்பர்களைத் தேர்ந்தெடுப்பதில் கவனமாகவும், புத்திசாலியாகவும் இருக்க வேண்டும்.

நம் சுயம் அப்பாவச் செயல்களுக்கு உட்படாவிட்டால் அவைகள் நம்மை ஒன்றும் செய்ய முடியாது.

நாம் தீர்மானங்கள் எடுப்பதில் மிகவும் கவனமாக இருக்க வேண்டும். எல்லோரும் செய்கிறார்கள், என் நண்பர்களுக்கு கம்பெனி கொடுக்கிறேன் என்ற பெயரில் எந்த பாவத்திற்கும் துணை போய்விடாதீர்கள். சாத்தான் உங்களை அதற்குள் விழத்தள்ளிவிடுவான். எனவே கவனம் தேவை.

                                    Proverbs : 1: 10

         My Son, If Sinners Entice You, Do Not Give In To Them.

In this verse Solomon begins by mentioning as my son. He warns his son of the danger posed by bad association. The actions of some people will show us that they are sinners and they are in a bad company.

Such people will speak words of desire telling us to share in the sins they commit. They will entice you. But we must not agree to all of this.

We need to be careful and smart in choosing friends.  Their sinful habits will not affect us if we do not subject ourselves to their desires and sins.

We must be very careful in making decisions. Do not go along with any sin in the name of giving company to my friends. Satan will lure you into it. So be careful when you are in the company of your friends.

அவைகள் உன் சிரசுக்கு அலங்காரமான முடியும், உன் கழுத்துக்குச் சரப்பணியுமாயிருக்கும்.

பெற்றோரின் புத்திமதிகளையும் போதகத்தையும் கேட்டு நடக்கும் பிள்ளைகளின் வாழ்வு அலங்காரமாய் காணப்படும். தலையில் வைக்கப்படும் கிரீடத்தை போலவும் கழுத்தில் அணியப்படும் ஆபரணங்களை போலும் வாழ்க்கை அழகாக இருக்கும்.

ஒரு குழந்தைக்கு பெற்றோரால் கொடுக்கப்படும் நல்லொழுக்கப் போதனைகளைப் போன்ற மிகப் பெரிய சொத்து வேறொன்றுமில்லை.  அதனை சுதந்தரித்துக் கொண்டு வாழ்வில் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தி வாழ்வது பிள்ளைகள் பெற்றோருக்குச் கொடுக்கும் மிகப்பெரிய சந்தோஷம்.

3 யோவான் 4-ம் வசனம் சொல்லுகிறது "என் பிள்ளைகள் சத்தியத்திலே நடக்கிறார்கள் என்று கேள்விப்படுகிற சந்தோஷத்திலும் அதிகமான சந்தோஷம் எனக்கு இல்லை." எனவே பெற்றோம் பணம் சம்பாதித்துக் கொடுப்பதைக் காட்டிலும் சந்தோஷத்தைக் கொடுப்பதே சிறந்தது.

Proverbs : 1: 9

For they will be graceful ornaments on your head, And chains about your neck.

The lives of children who listen to their parents' advice and teachings can be seen as decorative. Life is as beautiful as a crown placed on the head and ornaments worn around the neck.

There is no greater asset than the moral teachings given by a parent to a child. Being independent and living life to the fullest is the greatest joy that children can bring to their parents.

The verse 4 in the third epistle of John says, "I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in the truth." So it is better to give happiness than to earn money.

என் மகனே, உன் தகப்பன் புத்தியைக் கேள், உன் தாயின் போதகத்தைத் தள்ளாதே.

பிள்ளைகளின் வளர்ச்சியைப் பார்த்து சந்தோஷப்படுகிறவர்கள் தாய், தகப்பன் மட்டுமே.  அவர்கள் வாழ்வில் உயர வேண்டும், எந்த பிரச்சனைகளிலும் பிள்ளைகள் சிக்கிக் கொள்ளக் கூடாது  என்று தான் பல அறிவுரைகளையும் அவர்கள் அனுபவங்களில் கற்றுக்கொண்ட வாழ்வின் நுணுக்கங்களை அறிவுரைகளாக அளிப்பர்.  அதனை ஏற்றுக் கொண்டு நடக்க வேண்டுமென இவ்வசனம் கட்டளையிடுகிறது, சிறு வயது முதலே தகப்பன் புத்தியைக் கேட்டு தாயின் போதகத்தைத் தள்ளாமல் நடக்கும் குழந்தைகள் தான் எதிர்காலத்தில் சிறந்து விளங்குவார்கள்.  

Proverbs: 1: 8

Listen, My Son, To Your Father's Instruction And Do Not Forsake Your Mother's Teaching.

Only mother and father are happy to see their children grow. They will give you a lot of advice that they should rise in life and that children should not get into any trouble. They will give advice on the nuances of life learned in experiences. This verse commands us to accept it and walk in it.

Only children who listen to their father's instruction from an early age and do not forsake their mother's teachings will be better off in the future.
