நம்மை ஆதரிக்கிறக் கர்த்தர் / The Lord who sustain us

 சங்கீதம் 55 தாவீதின் புலம்பலாக காணப்படுகிறது. இந்த சங்கீதத்தின் மத்திய பாகத்திற்கு வரும் போது தன் நண்பனாலேயே தனக்கு துரோகம் இழைக்கப்பட்டது பற்றிக் கூறுகிறார்.    அதனால் அவர் அமைதியற்றவராய், புலம்புகிறார். எதிரிகளால் அச்சுறுத்தப்பட்டு தலைமறைவாக வாழவேண்டிய சூழல் ஏற்பட்டது.  தாவீது மிகுந்த துக்கத்துடனும், வேதனையுடனும், துயரத்துடனும் இருந்த சூழலில் இந்த சங்கீதத்தை எழுதினார்.

நம்பிக்கை இழந்த சூழ்நிலையில் தாவீது என்ன செய்தார்? இன்னொரு மனுஷனை நாடி ஓடினாரா? பெருகிக்கொண்டிருந்த எதிரிகளினால் கஷ்டங்களும் அவநம்பிக்கையும் சுற்றி  நேரத்தில் தாவீது செய்த காரியம் என்ன?

தாவீது தன் கண்களை கர்த்தர் பக்கம் திருப்பினார்.  தன் பாரங்களை கர்த்தர் மேல் வைத்தால் அவர் தன்னுடைய எல்லா கஷ்டங்களிலும் தனக்கு ஆதரவாய் இருப்பார் என்று நம்பிக்கை கொண்டார்.   ஏனென்றால் அவர் நீதிமான்களை ஒருபோதும் கைவிடமாட்டார். 

இன்று நாமும் பலவித பயங்களினால் ஆட்கொள்ளப்பட்டு இருக்கிறோம்.  பரவிக் கொண்டிருக்கும் நோய் தொற்றினால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுவிடுவோமோ என்ற பயம், பிள்ளைகளின் எதிர்காலம் பற்றிய பயம், பொருளாதார நிலை குறித்த பயம் எல்லாம் இன்று மனிதனைப் பாடாய்ப் படுத்திக்கொண்டிருக்கிறது.  தாவீதின் இந்த சங்கீத வசனம்  ஒரு ஆறுதலாய் நமக்கு அருளப்படுகிறது. 

என்ன பாரங்கள்  உங்களை அமிழ்த்திக்கொண்டிருந்தாலும் எல்லாவற்றையும் கர்த்தர் மேல் வைக்கக் கற்றுக்கொள்ளுங்கள். அவர் உங்களை ஆதரிப்பார். 

கர்த்தர் நம்மை ஆதரிக்க நாம் செய்ய வேண்டிய ஒரு காரியமும் உண்டு.  எல்லா பாரங்களையும் கர்த்தர் மேல்  விட்டு அவர் நமக்காக எல்லாவற்றையும் நம்முடைய நன்மைக்காகவும் அவருடைய மகிமைக்காகவும் செய்து முடிப்பார் என்ற நம்பிக்கையையும் அவர் மீது வைக்க வேண்டும். 

வேதாகமம் முழுவதும் பயப்படாதிருங்கள் என்ற வார்த்தை திரும்பத் திரும்ப வருகிறது. நம் தேவன் நம் மீது அக்கறை உள்ளவர். நம் சந்தோஷங்களை விரும்புகிறார்.  எனவே கர்த்தர் மேல் உங்கள் பாரங்களை வைத்து விடுங்கள் அவர் உங்களை ஆதரிப்பார். 

Psalm 55 is seen as the lamentation of David.In the middle part of this psalm he tells of being betrayed by his friend.  So he is restless and laments. He was threatened by the enemy and had to live in hiding.  David wrote this psalm when he was in great sorrow and pain.

What did David do when he lost hope? Did you run after another man? What did David do in the midst of suffering and distrust by his growing enemies?

David turned his eyes to the Lord. He believed that if he placed his burdens upon the living God, He would support him in all his difficulties.  Because he will never forsake the righteous.

Today we too are surrounded by various fears. Fear of being infected by a contagious disease, fear of the future of the children, fear of the economic situation are all destroying the peace of the people. This psalm of David is given to us as a consolation.

Learn to put everything on the Lord no matter what burdens are drowning you. He will sustain you.

There is one thing we must do for the Lord to support us. We must leave all burdens on the Lord and put our trust in Him that He will finish everything for us for our good and for His glory.

The word “do not be afraid” is repeated throughout the Bible. Our God cares for us. He wants us to he happy. So put your burdens on the Lord and He will sustain you.
